my pc broke down i dont know how to fix it

Hey!

my 1 year old msi gaming laptop suddenly crashed a couple of months ago. I tried a recovery disk with windows 10, but when i was going to choose a harddrive to install it on, it shoved me a hardrive with 0/0 mb free.

i ont know if it is the hdd or the motherboard not responding to the hdd.

so do you think you can help me?
